Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step on top of your password. Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot log in without also passing the second factor.
Available methods

| Email OTP | A 6-digit one-time code is sent to your registered email address each time you log in. | Users who prefer not to install additional apps. |
| Authenticator App (TOTP) | A time-based code generated by an app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app. | Higher security; works offline; no reliance on email delivery. |
2FA status codes
Your account can be in one of three states:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not active | 2FA is disabled. Login requires only username and password. |
| Pending | Activation has been started but not yet confirmed. |
| Secured | 2FA is active. A second factor is required at every login. |
Tip: We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account, especially if you have administrative permissions. Go to 2FA Authentication to set it up.
