The Address Book is available under the Data menu and provides a searchable directory of all people and structures in your organization that you are authorized to view.
Two search modes
The search bar at the top switches between two modes:
- Contacts — search for individual people by name, surname, or by filtering within a specific Department or Area.
- Structures — browse Areas and their Departments, showing the leader/manager of each.
Search filters (Contacts mode)
| Filter | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name / Surname | Partial match search. |
| Structure (Department) | Filter by a specific Department or Area. |
| Role filter | Narrow results to Area Managers or Department Leaders only. |
Contact profile
Clicking a person's name opens their contact profile, which shows:
- Personal details (name, structure, roles).
- Contact points: phone numbers and email addresses they have made available in the directory.
- Their leadership roles across structures, if any.
vCard export
Each contact profile includes a Download vCard button. Clicking it downloads a standard .vcf file that you can import into any contacts application (Outlook, Apple Contacts, Google Contacts, etc.).
Visibility rules
The Address Book only shows users who have a Digital Identity record (master_data) and who are members of the STRUCTURED_USERS group or are visible in the directory. Users without a complete profile or who have not been added to the directory will not appear in search results.
Structured users can access the address book, while other members needs to manually be added to the dedicated permission.
