Overview: Authorization Supervision Hub & Launchpad

What is the Supervision Hub?

The Control and Supervision of Authorizations application is a read-only governance tool designed for Department Leaders, Area Managers, and Founders. Unlike the standard settings menu where you edit permissions, this tool allows you to monitor exactly what your team can access.

It aggregates data from all sources—Manual grants, Permissions Profiles, Permission Packages, and Automatic Rules—to provide a single source of truth for compliance.

The Governance Launchpad

Upon opening the app, you are greeted by the Governance Launchpad. This dashboard provides an instant "Health Check" of your administrative scope and the three modules.

1. Your Scope

At the top of the screen, the View Notice Bar confirms your role (e.g., "Viewing as Area Manager") and the total count of Managed Collaborators under your supervision.

2. The Three Modules

The dashboard is divided into three functional areas:

• My Managed Staff: Access the full directory of every unit and employee you supervise.
• Expiring Authorizations: A real-time monitor for permissions set to expire within the next 14 days.
• Periodic Review: The semi-annual governance cycle where you must manually certify permissions to see if their own managed staff still has the correct authorizations.

3. Status Indicators

Each card features a live status pill:

• EVERYTHING STABLE
  Indicates no immediate actions are required.
• PENDING CHECKS
  Indicates upcoming expirations or overdue reviews.
