At the top of the 2FA Authentication application you will find your Identification panel — a read-only summary of your current account identity, and below it a section showing the verification status of your email address.
Identification panel
This panel shows the following information from your current session:
- Username and ID — your login name and internal system ID.
- Full name — from your Digital Identity record, if one exists.
- Email address — the primary email associated with your account.
- Recognition status — whether your identity has been formally verified by an administrator (Yes / No).
A Secured badge in the top-right of the panel indicates 2FA is active. A Not Secured badge means 2FA is currently disabled.
Email verification status
The second card shows whether your email address is verified:
- Active (verified) — the email address has been confirmed and is fully active.
- Inactive — the email has not yet been verified. This may prevent certain features from working, including receiving 2FA codes by email.
Note: If your email shows as inactive and you believe it should be verified, contact your administrator. Verification is completed during the account activation step.
