The Manage Account application is accessible from the Data menu or from your profile widget. It lets you personalise your own account settings — no administrator permissions are required.
What you can change
Timezone
Select your local timezone from the grouped dropdown. Dates and times shown across the platform (notifications, career events, ticket timestamps) are displayed relative to this setting. Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Interface language
Choose the language in which the platform interface is displayed. The most common languages appear at the top of the list; all available languages are listed below the separator. Your choice is saved as a browser cookie and applied on the next page load.
Profile avatar
You can set your avatar using one of three methods:
- Upload from your device — select a JPG, PNG, or GIF file. A preview is shown before you save. The file is stored on the server.
- Download from a URL — provide a remote image URL. The image is fetched and saved locally so it remains available even if the source URL changes.
- Link an external image — provide a direct HTTPS image URL. The image is not saved locally; it is referenced directly. The URL must use HTTPS.
Profile card
The left-hand profile card is read-only and shows your username, email, personal code, registration date, last login, and last activity. These values come from your account record and cannot be changed from this application.
