The Login Sessions application gives you full visibility and control over every active session linked to your OpenStudio account. Use it to see where you are currently logged in, revoke access on specific devices, and audit your recent sign-in history.
Active Sessions
The top card lists all sessions currently open — one per browser or device where you are logged in. Each row shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Device icon | Detected automatically from the browser — desktop, laptop, mobile, or Windows. |
| IP address or custom name | The IP address is clickable and opens a geolocation lookup. You can replace it with a friendly label like "Work Laptop" using the rename button. |
| Active since | Date and time the session was started. |
| Current | The session you are using right now. It cannot be revoked from here. |
Revoking a single session
To close a specific session without affecting any others, click Revoke on that row. The user on that device is logged out on their next page load.
Closing multiple sessions at once
Two bulk actions are available in the top-right corner of the Active Sessions card:
| Button | Effect |
|---|---|
| End other sessions | Revokes all sessions except your current one. Use this if you suspect unauthorized access on another device. |
| End ALL sessions | Revokes every session including yours. You are logged out immediately and redirected to the login page. |
Note: Changing your password in the Change Password app automatically revokes all other sessions — you do not need to do it manually here.
