The Application Grid
When you first enter the Permissions Control Center, you are greeted by the Application Overview. This dashboard organizes every tool in your environment into cards, grouped by their functional section (e.g., "HR Tools," "Finance," "System Admin").
Filtering the View
If your environment has many applications, use the App Filter bar at the top right.
- Type any part of an app's name (e.g., "Time" for Timetable).
- The grid effectively hides irrelevant cards in real-time, allowing you to click through to the specific app you need to manage.
Switching Perspectives
The dashboard offers two primary modes, toggleable via the buttons in the top header:
- View by App (Default): Best for configuring the system (e.g., "I need to set up the HR Portal").
- View by User (Audit Mode): Best for investigating people (e.g., "What exactly can John Doe access?"). This mode flips the database query to show a user-centric list of rights across all applications.
