As your organization may rely on personal data, like surname and name, our system gives you a complete Human Resources management that allows you to keep everything organized. But don't worry: our system now also work in Privacy mode, where all you need to provide is an username of your choice!
Personal data and OpenStudio
Once registered in our dashboard as a user, you will see a limited version of the applications, this is because we still need to create your Digital identity, represented by a personal ID/code (i.e 10000001) that constitutes your digital footprint in our ecosystem.
Thanks to this code, the administrators of your business will be able to grant you authorizations to the different applications, manage your profile, and allow you to manage the different aspects of the business.
What if I don't want to share any personal data?
From January 2025, as we value your privacy and personal needs, we introduced "Privacy mode", that allows you to continue even if you don't provide your personal data, but just an username (an alias) of your choice.
Of course, you can always go back and modify them if you would like to.
Can OpenStudio use my data?
OpenStudio does not use your personal information, because they are used only by your own organization administrators and managers. OpenStudio itself does not need them, but they are useful to your organization to identify you and to manage all the aspects of the business itself.
In case of support requests, you may need to allow OpenStudio to see your account details.
Can I modify my data?
You can at any time modify your personal data, using the application Manage personal data available under the "Data" menu in your dashboard.
Who can see my personal data?
Your information can be seen only by your administrator of your organization account (founder) and by the members you have authorized to use the application Administration, Recognition and registration of users.
Openstudio only uses the details related to the administrator in case of inquiries, official communications and/or billing needs. Any other personal information (other than username and email) are not used by Openstudio.
