Human Resources (HR) - Archives: How to view your personal proceedings

The HR - Archives application is the read-only repository where completed HR proceedings are stored. Access is automatic and depends on your role within the organization.

Who can access HR - Archives?

ProfileVisibility
Regular UserPersonal proceedings only — those where you are the recipient.
Head of Unit (Department Leader)Proceedings for all members of their department, where the proceeding settings allow it.
Area ManagerProceedings for all members across all departments in their area.
HR Operator / Staff Affairs UnitFull access to all proceedings for any operator in the system.

How to access HR - Archives

From the sidebar menu, go to Data > Human Resources > HR - Archives.

You will be presented with a list of proceedings. Each row shows:

  • The Type of proceeding (e.g., Attendance, Career Progression).
  • The Status (e.g., Signed, Pending Signature).
  • The Date the proceeding was generated.
  • A button to View the details or download the signed document.

Proceeding Statuses

Pending SignatureThe proceeding document has been generated but is waiting for the designated signer to approve it.
SignedThe proceeding has been signed and is official. The signed document is available for download.
CancelledThe proceeding was cancelled before being finalized.

Downloading Documents

Where a signed document is available, click the Download button to save the PDF to your device.

Note: If you believe a proceeding is missing from your archive, contact your HR department. Proceedings are only visible once they have been formally generated and processed through the HR - Operator application.
