In addition to being a member of a Department, a user can hold formal leadership roles in one or more structures. The All Assignments tab in the assignment view lists these roles.
Role types
| Role | What it means |
|---|---|
| Leader / Responsible | The user is the designated Head of Unit for a Department, or the Area Manager for an Area. They appear at the top of that node in the org chart. |
| Manager | The user has been added as a secondary Manager for a Department. A Department can have multiple managers alongside its primary leader. |
What the tab shows
For each role entry the following is displayed:
- The Area code and Area name (where applicable).
- The Department code and Department title.
- The role badge.
- A Manage Structure shortcut to the structure's edit page in Manage Areas — visible only to users with the
gestione_dipartimentipermission or the Founder.
If the user holds no leadership roles the tab shows an empty state. Being an ordinary Department member is not listed here — only designated leader or manager appointments appear.
Tip: To change who leads a structure, use Manage Areas → Edit for that structure. This view is read-only for roles.
