InfoComm (Information & Communication) is the mass-messaging tool for reaching users across different channels simultaneously. It is available under Administration → InfoComm.
The three delivery channels

You can enable one or more channels for a single communication — recipients are merged across all selected channels.
Recipient targeting
When composing a message you can address it to:
- Specific users — search and select individuals by name or personal code.
- Departments — all users assigned to one or more organizational Departments.
- Areas — all users in all Departments belonging to an Area.
- User categories / groups — members of a specific authorization group.
How to send a communication
- Open Administration → InfoComm and click New Communication.
- Fill in the subject and message body (rich text supported).
- Enable the channels you want to use (Widget, Toolbar, Email — at least one required).
- Define your recipients using the targeting options.
- Click Prepare & Review to preview the full recipient list before sending.
- Confirm to dispatch. Sent communications appear in the history list with recipient counts per channel.
