Navigating the Staff Tree
Clicking the My Managed Staff card opens the directory interface. The left sidebar displays your organization's hierarchy, strictly limited to the Areas and Departments you manage.
The Tree Structure
- Areas: The top-level grouping (e.g., "North Region", "Headquarters"). Click the header to expand or collapse the area.
- Departments: Inside each area, teams are grouped by department (e.g., "Sales", "IT").
- Users: Clicking a user's name loads their detailed Audit Matrix in the main panel.
Searching for Colleagues
If you manage a large team, use the Search Bar at the top of the sidebar.
- Smart Filtering: Typing a name or ID will instantly hide all irrelevant departments and users, showing only matches.
- Auto-Expand: The tree automatically expands to reveal the location of the matching users.
Understanding User Roles
Each user card in the list displays a color-coded badge indicating their role in the hierarchy:
- FOUNDER System Owners.
- AREA MANAGER Supervisors of multiple departments.
- DEPT LEADER Heads of single units.
- MEMBER Standard employees.
