The Permissions Control Center of the OpenStudio ecosystem allows the management of authorizations and permissions to define what applications, and what actions, an user can perform.

See the active and previous authorizations of an user

Permissions Control Center

Operators enabled to manage permissions can access the Permissions Control Center from the Administration > Management of Authorizations and Groups section of the sidebar menu. Then, switch to the View by user section.

Permissions Control Center> View by user > User Permissions Audit
Permissions Control Center > View by user > User Permissions Audit

By clicking on "Change user" a modal will appear to browse and select the desired operator to verify.

Permissions Control Center > View by user > Search user list
Permissions Control Center > View by user > Search user list

The page will update and provide you information of the total active assets, the permissions granted, their insert/valid from/valid until dates, and the source of the authorization (manual permission, inherited role, profiles, packages, etc..)

Visibility for Area managers and Department leaders

Users that are responsible of an Area (Area managers) or a Department (Departments leaders), also have access to the Control and Supervision of authorizations application, from which they can monitor the authorizations for the users that belong to their structures.
