Manage Intranet is the back-end administration tool for the organisation's internal website (Intranet). It is available under Administration → Manage Intranet and provides access to three distinct management areas.

The three sections

Section What it manages
Pages & Structure Static content pages, sidebar navigation items, and page visibility settings. Use this to create or edit the informational pages users see when they visit the Intranet.
News Center News articles, announcements, and comments. Use this to publish, edit, and moderate content that appears in the Intranet news feed.
Engagement Analytics Read-only statistics on news reach, department participation, and poll results. Provides insight into how users are interacting with Intranet content.

Permissions

Each section is controlled independently:

  • Pages & Structure and News Center both require the manage_intranet_adminStructure permission.
  • Engagement Analytics requires the manage_intranet_viewAnalytics permission.
  • The Founder has access to all three sections by default.

Sections you do not have permission to access are shown as greyed-out cards on the dashboard — they are visible but not clickable.

Note: Manage Intranet controls the administration side of the Intranet. To access the Intranet as a reader, use the Intranet link in the sidebar under Data.
