The 14-Day Warning System
To prevent service interruptions, the system automatically scans your scope daily. If a Manual or Profile permission is set to expire within the next 14 days, it triggers an alert.
Using the Monitor
- Click the Expiring Authorizations card on the Launchpad.
- Review the table, which shows:
- User: Who is losing access.
- Permission: Which specific feature is expiring.
- Urgency: A countdown (e.g., In 3 days).
- Action: Click Deep Audit to jump to that user's profile, where you can extend the validity date if necessary.
Note: If you take no action, the permission will expire automatically on the listed date.
