An Authorization Group can be of three types:
- Explicit
- Calculated
- Explicit and Calculated
The case of a Calculated group type refers to the situation in which the members of a group are defined automatically starting from a predefined membership rule, or a combination of them.
For example you may want to create a group where all the Managers of your organization are automatically includes, or a group with all the operators that have a certain department as referral structure, or again a group with all the active members.
What conditions are available to be used?
- User career status (Active / Inactive)
- Personal Data status (Digital identity created / Not created)
- Reference structure (second-level)
- Reference area (first-level)
- Is user is Head of an Area
- If user is Head of a department
- Member of a government body
- If user is part of the structured staff (member of the related group)
- If user has an assigned structure / or not
I need a condition that is not present in the list
If you have a specific condition you want to include, that cannot be found in the list of predefined rules, contact our team and we will deploy it for you!
