Today, we are stepping towards a more intelligent and complete engine to manage the permissions of all the members of your organization. We’ve rebuilt our core logic from the ground up to ensure that authorization is no longer a bottleneck, but a transparent, automated flow.

To provide total flexibility, there are different methods through which you can authorize a colleague to access our amazing applications, from manual authorizations, to group-based and inherited permissions.
1. Manual Permissions
Direct, standard grants for specific needs. You can punctually assign a permission to every user, from and to specific moments in time.
2. Permission Packages
Create containers of permissions for multiple applications. Configure a package once and assign multiple permissions in one click.
3. App Profiles
Templated role-based personas. Define specific profiles like "Requesters", "Managers", "Viewers", or "Auditors" for standardized onboarding.
4. Inherited Rule
Automatic rules via organizational role. Applications can be authorized automatically based on the user's role in the organization.

From here, you can view active and expired authorizations at a glance. We’ve also introduced Temporal Logic, allowing you to define precise start and end dates for every permission.
