Manage your Two-Factor Authentication settings from 2FA Authentication, accessible from the Data menu or from your profile navigation.

Enabling 2FA — Email OTP

  1. Open 2FA Authentication and click Enable Email OTP.
  2. Click Send OTP — a 6-digit code is sent to your registered email address.
  3. Enter the received code and click Confirm. Your account is now secured.

Enabling 2FA — Authenticator App (TOTP)

  1. Open 2FA Authentication and click Enable App OTP.
  2. A secret key is generated. Enter it manually into your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) or scan the QR code if available. You can copy the key using the Copy button.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code currently shown in your app and click Verify. If the code is valid, 2FA is activated immediately.
Keep your secret key safe. The TOTP secret is shown only once. If you lose access to your authenticator app and have no backup, you will need to contact your administrator to reset 2FA on your account.

Disabling 2FA

To remove 2FA, open 2FA Authentication. The current method is shown with a Disable button next to it.

  • Email OTP: Click Disable, then request and confirm a verification code sent to your email.
  • Authenticator App: Click Disable, then enter the current code from your app to confirm.

Once confirmed, 2FA is removed and your account returns to password-only login.

Lost access to your second factor?

If you can no longer receive emails or access your authenticator app, you cannot disable 2FA yourself. Submit a support ticket to request a manual reset, providing your username and personal code so we can verify your identity.

Regular users can also reach an administrator of their own organization for a manual reset from the Manage credentials application.
