The User List tab inside User registrastion shows up to 500 users sorted by most recent activity. It is a read-only reference — no actions can be taken directly from it.
Available columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name / Username | If a Digital Identity exists, the full name is shown above the username. Otherwise only the username appears. The Founder account is marked with an Admin badge. |
| The primary email address associated with the account. | |
| Status | Active — fully activated. Pending — awaiting activation. Closed — account closed or undeliverable. Inactive — any other inactive state. |
| Identity | Whether a Digital Identity (master_data) record exists for this user. |
| Last Activity | The most recent interaction timestamp on the platform. |
| Last Login | Date of the most recent successful login. |
| Registered | Account creation date. |
Search
A live search bar at the top filters rows in real time by name, username, or email address — no page reload required.
Tip: The list shows a maximum of 500 users. To manage a specific user's credentials, permissions, or identity data use Manage Credentials or Manage Permissions from the Administration sidebar.
