The applications for Human Resources are a set of four-applications that allows users to submit requests to the staff affairs unit, and the unit to create and approve proceedings.

The applications are divided according to their position in the workflow:

HR - RequestsThe application, visible to all the structured members of the organization, allows to submit requests to the staff affairs unit
HR - Requests - OperatorThe application allows to approve the requests and it is visible to:
  • Authorized members as operators from Human resources
  • Responsible of the structures
  • Responsible of the staff affairs unit
HR - OperatorThe application allows to create proceedings and measures on the structured members. Proceedings can start from a request or can be created on their own.
HR - ArchivesThe application allows to see the final proceedings according to permissions:
  • Users can see their personal proceedings
  • Responsible of structures (first and second-level) can see proceedings according to the measure settings
  • Operators from staff affairs unit and human resources can see the proceedings for each operator
